Shipping is free to all UK and EIRE destinations, We can’t make it any simpler!
Your order, if placed before 2 p.m will be delivered within 2 days. We actually send it by 24 hour courier, but because of our remote location (just the way we like it!) couriers don’t pick up here unless organised the day before. Once your item is picked up from us by the courier you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can make sure someone is at home to receive up the parcel.
Please let us know of any damage within 24 hours. Any non deliveries or missing items need to be notified to us within 7 working days for insurance purposes.
We only send to the “billing address” unless cleared with us first (we will in special circumstances send to an established business address so you can receive it at work.) If the address you use on Paypal is different to the billing address, please use the “notes” section to tell us, so we know to send to the correct address.
